At the start of the annual gala, MEMSIC colleagues from across the globe completed check-in and group photo sessions in order. The camera recorded not only the joy of the occasion, but also the profound bond, sense of responsibility and commitment shared by all MEMSIC team members. The venue enjoyed a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. The warm exchanges among colleagues were filled with eager anticipation for the gala, as well as aspirations and motivation for corporate growth and personal development in the new year. With the host’s inspiring opening remarks, this annual grand event embodying original aspirations and dreams officially commenced.

First, Ms. Huang Haiyan, Chairperson of MEMSIC, took the stage to deliver the welcome address. She extended warm greetings and sincere gratitude to all leaders, guests, shareholders, partners and every colleague present.

Ms. Huang noted that 2026 marks a critical year of breakthrough for the company’s high-quality development. All staff shall adhere to the core work principle of prioritizing pragmatism and steady progress. Supported by four strategic development pathways, the team shall unite efforts and ensure solid implementation, focusing on two core priorities: First, align with strategic targets and deepen consensus to build synergy. Treat corporate strategic deployment as the fundamental guideline for all work. Continuously strengthen strategic communication and ideological alignment to help all employees fully grasp strategic connotations and clarify development directions. Translate shared understanding into strong momentum for delivery, building a unified and coordinated organization working toward the same goal.

Second, maintain cash flow balance to consolidate foundations and mitigate risks. Adopt a prudent operating philosophy of living within means. Strengthen overall capital scheduling and refined management, optimize revenue structure, strictly control non-essential expenditures, improve capital utilization efficiency and payment collection quality, and sustain healthy and stable cash flow. This will lay a solid financial foundation for continuous operation and strategic execution.

All employees shall quickly align their mindset and actions with corporate strategy. Convert work timelines into detailed schedules and responsibility checklists. Subsequently, entrusted by Chairperson Huang Haiyan, Mr. Lu Jian, CEO of MEMSIC, delivered the 2025 annual work report. The conference reviewed and confirmed the company’s core development goals and key strategic initiatives for the new year.

CEO Lu Jian stated that amid multiple market headwinds, under the guidance and support of the Board of Directors, the company stayed focused on high-quality development. Led by management, all employees overcame challenges, mitigated risks, and achieved breakthrough progress in key areas including performance recovery, automotive-grade product rollout, IDM strategy execution and product portfolio expansion. The company successfully fulfilled major targets for 2025. Annual operating indicators maintained steady growth; revenue bottomed out and recovered quarter by quarter.

The report defined MEMSIC’s core strategic positioning for 2026: Break Bottlenecks, Improve Quality & Efficiency, and Scale Up Operations. Three core goals were established for long-term vision:

• Revenue & Profit: Strive to hit revenue targets, optimize profit structure and raise net profit margin.

• Business Operations: Achieve front-end manufacturing yield exceeding outsourced benchmarks, full production capacity and positive cash flow; realize 10% growth for traditional business, ramp up new product mass production and achieve coordinated development of back-end products.

• Talent Development: Build a talent pipeline featuring outstanding leaders and competent frontline teams, and cultivate a high-caliber core workforce.

Showcase Strength, Embark on New Voyage

Each department took the stage one after another to deliver their “Voyage Declaration”. Aligned with MEMSIC’s 2026 core strategy of Break Bottlenecks, Improve Quality & Efficiency, and Scale Up Operations, department heads reviewed past performance, sorted out shortcomings, and clarified work targets and key initiatives for the new year. Departments covering manufacturing, R&D, sales and general administration demonstrated their strengths and assumed respective responsibilities, taking targeted actions in capacity assurance, technological innovation, market expansion and service empowerment. Their powerful declarations embodied the determination and pragmatic commitment of each department to overcome hurdles, generating strong momentum for delivering all work objectives in the new year.

Next, Chairperson Huang Haiyan announced the selection results and presented awards for 2025 Outstanding Individuals, Outstanding Teams and Outstanding Suppliers. The ceremony recognized outstanding individuals, excellent teams and outstanding suppliers selected in 2025, encouraging all employees to build on achievements and contribute continuously to corporate growth.
