MEMSIC Part Numbering System

MEMSIC products are identified by 9 or 10 digit alpha-numeric characters. The 9 or 10 digit alpha-numeric characters consist of: "MX" characters to identify MEMSIC products, a single digit output mode alpha character, a single digit internal wafer management ID character, 3 or 4 digit specification number characters, a performance grade alpha character, and finally a single package alpha character.
